AML Policy

Trade With PeculiarFX — Anti-Money Laundering & Know Your Customer commitments.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Purpose

TWP is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. This policy outlines the controls we apply across accounts, wallet activity and the Partner Program.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

We may verify your identity using the details you provide at registration and when requesting a partner payout. We may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or suspicious transactions.

3. Monitoring

We monitor wallet deposits, P2P transfers and commission/payout activity for unusual patterns — such as rapid movement of funds, structuring, or mismatched payout details. TWP does not custody trading capital; wallet credit is for TWP products and training only.

4. P2P Transfers

User-to-user wallet transfers are subject to a platform fee and are monitored for signs of layering or abuse. Transfers to unregistered recipients remain pending until the recipient registers and is identifiable.

5. Reporting & Action

Where we suspect illicit activity, we may delay or decline a transaction, suspend an account, and report to the relevant authorities as required by law. Fraudulent or self-referral commission activity is reversed.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use your own identity, provide accurate information, and not use TWP to launder funds or facilitate illicit activity. See our Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
