1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trade With PeculiarFX ("TWP", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Educational Use Only — Not Financial Advice
TWP provides AI-assisted signal, automation and educational tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. TWP is not a licensed broker, financial institution or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading Forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance and historical signal accuracy do not guarantee future results.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Products, Wallet & Payments
TWP products and training are billed through the TWP wallet or checkout. Wallet credit has no cash value outside the platform. Deposits and purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. We never custody your trading capital — that remains with your chosen broker.
6. Partner Program & Referrals
Partners earn commissions on qualifying product purchases referred via their TWP link. Commissions exclude P2P transfers, deposits and non-product charges. Payouts are processed per the Partner Program terms and the minimum withdrawal threshold. Misuse, fraud or self-referral voids commissions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse-engineer or scrape it, share access improperly, manipulate referrals or commissions, or use TWP for any unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All TWP branding, content, software and signals are owned by us or our licensors. MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are products of MetaQuotes Ltd; TWP is not affiliated with MetaQuotes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes & Termination
We may update these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
