1. Wallet Credit
TWP wallet credit is purchased for use within the platform and has no cash value outside it. Unused wallet balances may be refundable to the original payment method within 14 days of deposit, provided no purchases have been made from the wallet and the deposit is not under review for fraud or AML reasons.
2. Digital Products & Signals
Because TWP products (signals, analyser access, auto-trading) are digital and delivered instantly, charges for confirmed product purchases are non-refundable once access is granted and the wallet charge is confirmed. Idempotency controls prevent double-charging — if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
3. Training
One-on-one and group training purchased via TWP Academy may be refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. Sessions already delivered or attended are non-refundable.
4. Partner Commissions & Payouts
Commission balances are payable via your chosen payout method once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met. Reversed or fraudulent commissions (e.g. from refunded purchases or self-referral) are deducted from your balance. See the Partner Program for payout timing.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our team within the relevant window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
6. Disputes
If you notice an unauthorised or incorrect charge, notify us immediately. We will investigate and, where valid, reverse the charge under our Terms of Use.
