When you create an account, subscribe, book a call, use the TWP wallet or join the Partner Program, we may collect:
- Identity: full name and email address.
- Contact: phone / WhatsApp number (optional, used for support and the community group).
- Account & wallet data: wallet balance, deposit requests and transaction history.
- Partner data: referral code, commission rate and payout details (bank, PayPal or crypto).
- Usage data: pages visited, device and basic analytics to improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate your account, process wallet transactions and training purchases, attribute partner referrals and commissions, send welcome and transactional notifications, provide support, and improve our products and educational content.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the service — for example with your chosen broker when you register through a TWP partner link, with payment providers to process deposits, and with email/communications providers to deliver notifications. Broker partners (Deriv, OctaFX, XM, Weltrade) are separate companies with their own privacy policies.
